At Woods Residential Engineering & Inspection, we've been providing residential housing stakeholders with professional Structural consulting services since 2014. When we first opened our doors, we catered exclusively to small residential developers, home builders and homeowners. However, we've been able to successfully expand our core business to include residential associations, commercial residential developers and Architects to meet the enthusiastic demand for our services for horizontal and vertical additions, interior renovations, and evaluations on existing housing projects.

Meet Marcus Woods
After working as a structural designer with award-winning structural design firms and a construction engineer with general construction firms for over 10 years, Marcus E. Woods founded his own firm, Woods Residential Engineering & Inspection.
Marcus is a licensed professional engineer in multiple states, holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Civil Engineering (with a focus on structures) from Washington University in St. Louis, and has earned "Accredited Professional" status from the U.S. Green Building Council.
